SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.

SASSA might be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency reported it truly is alarmed with regards to the large number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a substantial number of click here clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area every day.
